Arbi-Cutlet or Taro-root is easily available ingredient everywhere around the world I think and you can easily avail the other ingredients also. So must try this healthy snacks at your home!
Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker first
Peel the arbi first by applying oil on your hands so that it does not stick to yiur your hands
Mash the boiled Arbi in a bowl
Now chop coriander leaves and mint leaves together with 2-3 green chillies in a chopper
Chop 1-2 onions
2-3 tbsp besan
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Jeera Powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
Mix all the ingredients well and make the ball shaped or flat round tikki shape with the mixture. You can use water while making shapes as arbi is sticky.
Cover the cutlets with the bread crumbs from all the sides and fry them in oil.
Take them out on a napkin paper to rinse the oil.
Now serve the Cutlets with onions and chutney.
