Shawarma, A 19th century cuisine from Middle East consisting of thin slices or chunks of chicken marinated in spices and wrapped in a flatbread or pita, then baked!
Inside this flatbread is chunks of spiced chicken,veggies,tahini and topped with lots of mozzarella.
On the siders are pickled carrots and cucumbers, french fries and mayonnaise!
A whole appetizing meal which has all our favourites!
