Please moderator can you be giving me duties or assignment on where to be added in Google especially places that hasn’t been added or places that hasn’t been verified

Please be informed that Local Guides is a voluntary program and many people participate in it because they want to be able to help others via the Google Maps platform.
Google does not assign or give tasks to Local Guides.

Getting paid is the one way to insure that a local guide can’t be trusted.
We all have different reasons for when we started contributing to Google maps. It probably wasn’t monetary but after some time we considered it would be a great perk.
Other times we feel this multinational conglomerate is taking advantage of our contribution- and to be quite clear the answer is yes. They are.
But we- have apps and resources that we also utilize that we haven’t paid for. We enjoy them and use them in our personal life and some of us probably generate income off their usage! 
So- I say share your knowledge and insight… or don’t. If life is just about money for you- do you. No hard feelings. I do think our individual (seemingly/hopefully) uncompensated perspectives are more valuable and appreciated to the other humans on the planet that read our reviews than it is to the conglomerate that might capitalize from it.

The Local Guides program is a volunteer program, and Local Guides are free to contribute on Google Maps at their own leisure. There are no employment or financial opportunities related to the program.
However, Local Guides enjoy early access to new product features and rewards from Google partners, and these awards are available worldwide or by region. Local Guides who have opted in to receive benefit emails will be updated with any new rewards, and we encourage you to check your email preferences as well as your spam or promotions folder. Thank you.

The Idea of local guide payment is not bad. Google can plan something for us on how to handle this case.

The Local Guides team has no plans to monetarily compensate any Google Maps contributors for their contributions to Google Maps at this time. I think you’d also be interested this post, Why be a Local Guide?

No disrespect but, yes… it’s an absolutely bad idea. But hey… I feel you. $ is always good but it has a way of ruining good things.
Consider this…Though you and most of the contributors (myself included) are honest and diligent about submitted photos/review and such; it is the fact that the contributions are made freely which validates them.
Payment can/will ultimately corrupt the reviewers. I personally check most places for Local Guide (LG) reviews before I even enter. I’ll usually assume if the comments are too much praise it might be friend or family or too much hate just means there might be a gripe. The bottom line is from the outside I still believe there’s no united agenda for the LGs. On the real…There are probably some people that have found a way to monetize their submissions already, but for the most part we are still a reliable source for map users. I’m not sure if you use Waze…(which Google now owns) it’s the user contributions that make that viable.
If you have an idea… that keeps it and from a corporate side makes sense(supports the brand and generates revenue) submit in the ideas section. I’m all

Google maps can also appreciate our contribution by sending somewhat like YouTube play button type of thing when we reach higher levels that should be great

This is very interesting topic Money 
is God for all. there should be paid for work. LG’s contributions unlimited, Technology Adoption and other factors to develop if provided money for running fast, LG’s contributions will remain respectful service, community will keep respect to be a good LG. Thank you and all.
