Any Local Guides out here in the Bay Area,Ca USA?

Hi guys!

Good morning from the Bay Area, Ca-USA. I always see so many people from around the world connect here and very few I have seen from Ca,USA. Either I am not looking around more OR I am just a newbie-barely made Local Guide 5. Anyways! Just wanted to say hello to this community. I am fairly new at adding to my Local Guide arsenal but I am looking forward to contributing much more! I have so many reviews and pictures that I will be putting up and if any of you have any tips and tricks of the trade, I would be glad to hear them! Also, anyone down for meet ups in the Bay Area? Hiking? Lunch? Dinner? Send me a message! Hope you’re all having a wonderful and blessed day! Take Care!

@Lainaboo WELCOME to Local Guides!!! Yes, the Bay Area has active LGs and looks like you’ve found us! @Twister411 , @iyudhi and I are the most active, out and about! We love to meet up and just do a food crawl because we can  We’re always looking for other members of the community to try their own hand and we’re happy to help!

Will definitely keep you in mind for anything upcoming…usually pretty casual. This weekend, it’s the How-Weird Street Fair! Let me know if you want to track us down. @Twister411 and I will be there for sure. PM me if you’re interested. I don’t post events here because I never have gotten a single attendee to show up  I DO put events up on Facebook from time to time, I get a far better response (attendee wise) there. #justsayin

Hey there.

I’m a little further south in Clovis/Fresno area, but I’m often working as far north as Tracy. I could be close enough if you or your LG’s do arrange a meet-up. I’m originally from the UK so I hate all the driving, but work has me all over the valley so I just deal with it. Anyway, let me know if something gets organized and I’m tentatively in.

Welcome to the group. Most of the activities I post on our G+ page. We have informal meet up when people are not to busy. @KimberlyAnnG and @iyudhi are super fun and knows tons of local eats. What activities are you looking to do?

With the weather getting better, the Local Guides in the Bay Area will be emerging from their winter dens…LOL! We don’t tolerate cold and rain well

Another event coming up in May that I personally will be attending, joined by other Local Guide friends from the area is Maker Faire Bay Area ~ May 18, 19 & 20, 2018 Most likely, Saturday 5/19. If there is enough interest, I can make it an official LG Meet Up. Let me know in the comments here. Here is a photo album I put together for last year’s event ----> https://goo.gl/photos/3BYVMnv51jhdJBFaA I created a Facebook event for this a while ago, lots of “interested”, now is the time to commit! Find that event here ----> https://www.facebook.com/events/168738503909401/?notif_t=plan_user_associated&notif_id=1525195451396993
