I think I made a couple of posts earlier about the authentic south Indian food-serving restaurants in Pune. For now, here’s my entry in @Amitsharma007’s #realroots challenge.
The menu covers many typical South Indian dishes, and the best part is there are good options for the rice for lunchtime. Also, sell ready-made batters for idli/dosa and wada for home cooking. All at reasonable price tags.
A beautiful delicious post @AjitThite . I can happily visit Pune without much worrying about getting south Indian food. Thanks for sharing about this Maharaja Restaurant.
Yes, even I love that, even sometimes we have it during any poojas, I just love that part, it looks so authentic.
Thanks for your appreciation. @SaylliWalve1
@AjitThite sir this is a fantastic entry for the #realroots challenge! It’s great to hear about a place in Pune that truly delivers authentic South Indian flavors, right down to the atmosphere.
That you and @TusharSuradkar visited it near Mahadaji Shinde Chhatri makes it even better – a perfect spot for authentic snacks after exploring. The fact they offer ready-made batters is a huge bonus too!
