Hello LGs,

I think I made a couple of posts earlier about the authentic south Indian food-serving restaurants in Pune. For now, here’s my entry in @Amitsharma007’s #realroots challenge.

We go here frequently when we want pure South Indian snacks or a light meal at night.

@TusharSuradkar and I also visited here during my meet-up at Mahadaji Shinde chhatri, which is very close to it.

What I like about this place is its taste and typical South Indian aroma inside. Even the atmosphere reflects South Indian flavors.

The menu covers many typical South Indian dishes, and the best part is there are good options for the rice for lunchtime. Also, sell ready-made batters for idli/dosa and wada for home cooking. All at reasonable price tags.

Conveniently located outside the Mahadji Shinde Chhatri.

@AjitThite sir this is a fantastic entry for the #realroots challenge! :herb: It’s great to hear about a place in Pune that truly delivers authentic South Indian flavors, right down to the atmosphere.

That you and @TusharSuradkar visited it near Mahadaji Shinde Chhatri makes it even better – a perfect spot for authentic snacks after exploring. The fact they offer ready-made batters is a huge bonus too!
