And 유 (Yu) Café is an assuming vegan restaurant that packs a serious punch. The food is delicious and super fresh. Everything on the menu is worth trying. They also have a nice selection of plant-based deli meats and cheeses, kombuchas, beer, and more, that can be purchased for take-away (the drinks can be had in-store).
The owner is a really kind, younger Korean lady who truly cares about her product and customers. Even more, she cares about a larger mission of bringing quality, plant-based foods to the special island of Jeju, and lessening the meat industry’s strain on the environment.
This is a must-visit restaurant in Jeju, even if you’re a meat lover. The owner and her craft are more than deserving of your patronage, and you won’t forget your meal!
