You can find it in many buffets for a aperitif. You can also find it as a popular starter in Italian restaurants. The “bruschetta” is one of the most simple dishes you can imagine. It is composed by a slice of roasted bread and it is topped with EVO oil, Origan and often, also small pieces of tomatoes. Despite being so simple, it’s incredibly tasty!
