As Eid ul Fitr comes near, every year Lucky One Mall prepares for the festive season. In my recent visit I saw The mall is decorated with lights, statues, and colorful banners. The shops in the mall are stocked with new clothes, shoes, and jewelry. The food court is filled with the aroma of delicious food. People flock to the mall to buy gifts for their loved ones and to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
I visited Lucky One Mallto capture the accessibility features of the mall. As I entered the mall, I was greeted by a ramp that led to the entrance. The ramp was wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass through comfortably. The entrance had automatic doors that opened and closed on their own, making it easy for people with different abilities to enter and exit the mall.
As I walked through the mall, I noticed that the washrooms were also accessible. The washrooms had grab bars, low sinks, and hand dryers. The doors of the washrooms were wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained.
The mall had lifts that connected all the floors. The lifts were spacious and had buttons in Braille 
. The lifts made it easy for visually impaired people to move around the mall. I saw many people with different abilities using lifts to move between floors.

As I walked through the mall, I was surprised by the actions of the mall for the differently abled people. The mall had arranged for a sign language interpreter for people who have hearing issues. The interpreter was helping a family communicate with a shopkeeper. The shopkeeper was delighted to see the interpreter and thanked the mall for arranging the service.
