Ambika Kalna, located in the East Burdwan(Purba Bardhaman)district,in the Indian state of West Bengal.It is the headquarters of the Kalna subdivision.
It is situated on the western bank of the Bhagirathi.Ambika Kalna is famous for its terracotta temples built in the 18th century,It is a heaven for those
who wish to explore Bengal’s brilliant temple architecture.From deul style to aatchala, Pancha Ratna to 25-pinnacled structures, Ambika Kalna has it all.
The town must be at least a thousand years old.Today In this I have shared my experience on Siddheswari Temple,Ananta Basudeb Temple,Gopal Ji Temple,Mahismardini Temple,Bhoba Pagla Ashram,Masjid-A-Majlish & Jogannath Temple Complex.

Siddheshwari Temple : The most important temple of Kalna, from religious point of view is the Siddheswari Temple.Siddheswari Temple of Kalna was established in 688AD by Rishi (saint) Amburish.

Siddheswari Kali : This is the Idol of Siddheswari.The Idol was made with Neem wood from Neem tree.

Bhabar Bhabani Temple: This is Bhabar Bhabani Temple. The temple is situated at Ambika Kalna of Burdwan district of West Bengal in India.

Gopalbari Temple : This is a 25 pinnacled temple.Built in 1766.

Ananta Basudev Temple : This is a huge aat chala temple.once covered with intricate terracotta but now many work of teracotta has been lost due to unscientific restoration work.

Mahishmardini Idol : Mahishmardini or another form of debi Dugra is worshipped here along with the traditio.nal Durgapuja in Kalna.It is about 250 years ago a businessman of the town found a log in the Ganges & took it back home. He was instructed by the debi in his dream to start the puja along with the financial assistance of the local businessmen.

Jagannath Bari Temple : Built in 1753 by two queens of King Chitrasen –Chandakumari Devi and Indukumari Devi .The twin temples of Jagannath Bari in Ambika Kalna are located on the banks of the Hooghly River.
