I linger to different places as I love to travel so much. And wherever I visit, I try to gather some knowledge about those places. I try to have some ideas about the culture, livelihood and the food habit of the people who belong to these places.
The destination was Kaptai this time which is a hilly area with the tribal people. Whenever I travel to the hill tracts, each and every time I try to taste their local foods. There was no exception this time also. The taste of the food of town and hill are totally different. The food we take at city is normally contaminated with formalin and chemicals. But when you taste the hilly foods, you will feel that they are fresh and there is no presence of formalin for sure. So you get the real taste from those hilly foods.
