Hello, my name is Naif Mohammed from Yemen. I love sharing about any place to visit, it’s my hoppy. Let me to share my amazing experience with Google maps and how it is beneficial for my community. In my city Surabaya where I was studying my Master degree I was living at private student housing which called in Indonesian ”kost or kos-kosan”. That housing was so clean and very cheap for students in compare with others but the old-women owner her name Ilmi don’t know how to promote her business, her hosing rooms always vacant and just a few students know about her housing. I tried to help her through describe the location by posting photo and details on Google maps. After a few weeks she told me that her business is running so perfect and she received more than 50 calls from different students asking for room rental in her housing, recently she said that there are no vacant rooms throughout the year. I observed within less than one month that the housing’s photo which I have post reached up to 52,922 views, she was so happy and satisfied, she thank me for helping. It really was a great experience to me with Google maps.
