I would like to shear my travel experience with the world by Local Guide. I was an amazing St. Martin’s Island tour in Dec 2019 with my family. I had a great experience on that tour.
A small note for traveler to St. Martin’s Island: St. Martin’s Island is a small island in the northeastern part of the Bay of Bengal, about 9 km south of the tip of the Cox’s Bazar-Teknaf peninsula, and forming the southernmost part of Bangladesh. There is a small adjoining island that is separated at high tide, called Chera Dwip.
Staring the Amazing St. Martin’s Island tour:
It was a exiting morning at Hotel Mishuk’s lobby, Cox’s Bazar, where we was waiting for local transport (Cox’s Bazar To Teknaf Bus service) to start our amazing St. Martin’s Island tour. I was very early morning about 6:00 am. note for traveler: you should get ready to early morning to reach the ship at Teknaf. if you getting late you have chance to miss the ship and you will not able to get other ship as all the ships are leave almost at a time.

On the way to St. Martin’s Island
That is the most exiting moment of St. Martin’s Island tour. When you are on the way to St. Martin’s Island by ship. The See birds will follow you and you will feel the amazing birds flying, some tourists feed them on the sky. it is really enjoyable to every travelers. I enjoy lots. The Bay of Bangle is really beauty of nature.

Finally we reached amazing St. Martin’s Island:
When we reached the St. Martin’s Island it was a great moment to us even all the tourists. Now we are planing to outing but forgot to take launch. lol. that was excitement to see the amazing St. Martin’s Island!
Thins to do at St. Martin’s Island:
There is lot of thins to do.
- Boating
- Tour to Chera Dip
- Visit Somudro Bilash (The home of the legendary author of Humayun Ahmed, the emperor of Bengali literature.)
- Visit Beach
- Local shopping and culture is must doing thins.

Food:
First of all you should take see fish Bar-B-Q becose at St. Martin’s Island’s see fish is very fresh and yummy. you can also try the craves, lobster and squid.

Chera Dip Tour:
The another attraction of St. Martin’s Island tour. you have to take a boat to visit Chera Dip. and that is an advanture of Sr. Martin’s Island tour. But this place is awesome, I thinks if you can’t visit Chera Dip when you visit St. Martin’s Island you missed a lot.
