Preciso muito da ajuda de vocês ou de um moderador.
Nosso Mercado Público Central de Porto Alegre teve o nome alterado para “Agro69 agropecuária loja 69”. Não sei como mas conseguiram alterar o nome, horário de funcionamento e telefone.
Esse é um prédio histórico da nossa cidade. Colocarei abaixo os dados corretos junto com o site onde é possível confirmar todas as minhas informações.
nome correto: MERCADO PÚBLICO CENTRAL DE PORTO ALEGRE
SITE: mercado público Porto Alegre
Inauguração: 3 de outubro de 1869
As bancas e lojas funcionam de segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h30 às 19h30, e sábados das 7h30 às 18h30.

no local que já está marcado pelo ponto do Maps.
Eu realmente não sei a quem solicitar ajuda, mas isso é muito importante, trata-se de um local histórico e ponto turístico com mais de 58 mil avaliações e fotos. Não pode correr o risco de ser excluído ou algo do tipo. Esse usuário que fez as alterações agiu de má fé. Se souberem como posso evitar isso, serei muito grata.

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I noticed that the current location is a claimed business. What might have happened is that the person who runs the pet-store business at loja 69 has accidently merged or intentionally hijacked the main Public Market here his/her business is inside.
This is, sadly, not uncommon and often due to the fact that the main location (in this case the Public Market building) was not claimed and “thus up for grabs”.
As you can see from the screen capture
that I just took, in English, the POI still has the correct name!
As we can see from the posts by the owner, it is clearly coming from the 69 shop.
As you can see the website was missing and since the official website is always an important reference for the algorithm, I have just added it. My edit is still pending because I have never been there. However, it is a fairly easy to verify type of edit, so I expect my edit to get approved shortly.
Once the website is added, it would be easy to change back the name to Mercado Publico, as this is the official name used on the website. However, this does not solve the problem of the incorrectly claimed business situation. That requires the help of a Google Moderator.
I am tagging @MortenSI to please escalate this matter as the “pet-store” should be separated from the Mercado Publico.

Please try to help and avoid this. As it is a public building, this information depends on public employees who change very constantly.

@Bobiisha @JeroenM this is the local guide that changed the name! he put the photos of the agro69. is a level 5 guide so there is no layman who may have done it by mistake.
