After waiting 2 months, I still haven't received my Google Maps Pin Reward.

I’m so exhausted!! I’ll keep it straight.

I’m Priyank Sharda Borkar from Indore, MP, India.
I’m on Level 06 on Google Maps.

01st May 2023 - I received Special Reward Mail.

02nd May 2023 - After redeeming the code, I received confirmation mail stating the Google Maps Pin was coming.

15th May 2023 - I received Tracking Number from Deutsche Post Customer Portal.

I waited a month as Local Guide Order Confirmation Mail said to wait up to 6 weeks.
I wanted to know about the status of my parcel, so I enquired about mail to Deutsche Post in Germany. And they didn’t give an answer to me except an auto-generated mail on 15th June 2023.

Then I tried to find a Customer Care/Help Mail of Local Guide or Brand Addition. But I was disappointed to not find any.
20th June 2023 - I stumbled upon the FAQ of Local Guides, where I Resubmitted my Redemption Code in the section of Missing/Damage Section for One-Time Replacement.
And I again received the Local Guide Confirmation Mail of Google Maps Pin.

I was enthralled by this tiny Reward as it was supposed to be my first. But the wait seems to be astronomical and then just everlasting as I didn’t receive any further info about the Parcel or Shipment.

04th July 2023 - I finally received a mail from Deutsche Post Customer Service. It stated that the Parcel is missing and I should contact the Sender.

I had enough. I’m frustrated.
I needed to find any kind of Customer Care/Helpline Mail, but unfortunately, I’m unable to.
At last, I ended up here, which I’m not happy about. Because I need to make an unnecessary Profile on this Forum just ask a Simple Query Will I ever receive my Google Maps Pin ever or not?

I’m tagging you because I couldn’t find India Moderator as this Forum seems to be too complex. @Ority @DeniGu @TiffanyBnyc
Please resolve this issue and if you cannot, kindly let me know.

After completing 6 weeks and still you don’t receive then you can raise the missing item request. A similar thing happened to me. I have requested the same. They sent another pin. Just fill up the information in the missing item column (last one) by clicking the following link…I hope it will work. I received the pin few days before.

@KeshavRathour Please check the code, email and Pincode which must be the same as in your previous order. If the error persists, then you must wait for the Google team to contact you privately. Keep checking notification personal messages in your inbox.

I finally got my Google Maps Pin Reward.
It’s so amazing!!
I immensely appreciate your concern towards my complaint and rant.
These kinds of rewards will keep me (and I’m sure others like me) participating in Google Maps.

I am also facing same issue. I have also got email from Deutsch company but so far not received my Google Local Guide Pin.

It’s is true my local map reward not received order was February month but didn’t get rewards.

I have also not received my Google Pin. Last email sent by me on 17/07/2023, but so far no any reply or parcel received by me.
