Add missing place

In my country some places have no road names, you reach to a certain place and it is not on google map, or you enter it on the map but it is not there and when you try to add it it become complicated and sometimes impossible, I was wondering if there could be the option of capturing the location at the place you want to add, add it to the map then after that you can add other details after the location is correctly uploaded.

Please keep in mind that some features are not available in certain regions.
