Aaloo ki sabji

  3. 3 roughly mashed Boiled potatoes

  4. 1 teaspoon Oil

    1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

    1 pinch Asfoateida

    5 to 6 cloves finely chopped Garlic

    1 finely chopped Tomato

    2 finely chopped Green chilli

    3/4 tsp Red chilli powder

    1/8 tsp Turmeric powder

    1/4 tsp Coriander powder

    Salt as per your taste

    500 ml Buttermilk

    1.Heat a wok and add oil in it.
    2.Once oil is heated add cumin seeds and asafoeteida in it. Saute for a minute.
    3 garlic cloves. Fry them
    4.Now add tomato and green chilli. Cook it well.
    5.When tomato becomes soft and mushy add all the spices.
    6.When spices are cooked add boiled potatoes and mix it well.

    7.Add salt and mix everything properly. Cook it for 1 minute.

    8.Now add buttermilk in it and stir continuously till first boil.(that is important make note if you did not done this the whole this is fail

    9.After first boil lower the flame and simmer for about 5 to 10 minute.

    10.After getting desired consistency turn off the flame.

    Your potato sabji in buttermilk curry is ready to eat.

That is famous in jaipur puri baji spicy and osm
