Malaysia is one of the popular tourist destination South East Asia, and Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. One of the better places to get to know a country is to visit the main museum of the place. In Malaysia, our largest museum is the National Museum or Muzium Negara. Located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This is a place that history enthusiasts should visit if time permits when in Malaysia. Google Maps location (https://goo.gl/maps/LxnjJKE7EanSUm1s8 )

[Photo above] The National Museum is very easy to get to. It’s walking distance from the main transportation hub of KL Sentral. There is an adjacent MRT station (Muzium Negara) which visitors can easily get to. There is also a free GoKL bus services (red line) which stops just in front of the museum. And most of all, there are ample car parks for visitors who drive. The museum is generally accessibility and wheelchair friendly.
[Photo above] The entrance ticket is really a steal compared to many other museums in other countries. Local adults only need to pay MYR 2 (which is about USD 0.50) and foreign adults pay MYR 5 (which is just over USD 1). Per entry for the day. A good economical place to spend at least half the day for budget conscious visitors.
