A Unique Twist on Traditional Muhlama in the Black Sea Region!
Whenever I visit the Black Sea region, muhlama is always at the top of my list. But this time, what I tasted was quite different from the classic recipe. Infused with a local herb, this version added a new character to the familiar dish. The flavor and texture were both surprising and delightful.
The restaurant had a polite and elegant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was meticulous. It’s an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful and quiet dining experience.
Accessibility Note: There are a few steps at the entrance, which may be a challenge for individuals with mobility issues. However, the staff are very helpful and supportive — they’re happy to assist whenever needed.
