Temple Main Entrance

Getting There:

  • Effortless Commute: Hop off at the Chhatarpur Metro Station and take a quick stroll over the bridge.
  • E-rickshaw Ride: E-rickshaws and autos await just outside, ready to whisk you to the temple gates for a mere 10 rupees (don’t get swayed by inflated prices!).

Temple Entry:

  • Free Shoe Counter: Leave your footwear at the free counter (except Sundays, when you can place them neatly on the designated rack).
  • Clean Hands, Pure Heart: Wash your hands at the conveniently placed taps before entering the main gate.
  • Security Check: Pass through the DFMD (Door Frame Metal Detector) for a smooth entry.

I remember visiting here in 2021 just after the Covid-19 lockdown so there was comparatively lesser crowd.

This post about The Adya Katyayani Shakti Peeth Mandir in Chhattarpur, Delhi is really impressive. I do appreciate your efforts for composing this great post, it consists a great detail. The photos are really good @ofsanjay .

I had visited there in 2011, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a good camera mobile phone at that time to capture this beautiful temple.
