Chole Bhature is a dish originated from northern India. It comprises Chole (spicy chickpeas) and Bhature (fried bread).

This dish is generally accompanied by coriander chutney, pickled onions, green chillies and ginger.

Well, it is easy to make but requires a quite good amount of time for preparation.

@SH221b Awesome. Thank you for sharing this picture. I had my first experience with Chole Bhature in Chennai Airport and it was pretty good. I was a little confused about how to eat it, though. Do you open the bread and put the beans inside, or just use the bread as a dip

@user_not_found we actually scoop out the gravy and beans(chickpeas) with the bread and eat it. But you can have it as it suits you. In the end, it’s all about enjoying the flavours. :grin: :yum:
