In my country, Pizza and Burger are classified as ‘snacks’ and not as ‘actual meals’. My reality check came when I was waiting to catch a flight from Atlanta, Georgia to Orlando, Florida and I decided to eat some thing to pass away time.
I walked up to the ‘food counter’ and told them; I wanted a ‘Burger’. I was told; “Sorry, Ma’am! Burgers are for Lunch!”
How? In Nigeria, you can have a Burger or Pizza at any time of the day as long as it pleases you!
Have you found yourself in a similar situation? What compromise did you make?
Pizza is definitely a lunch or dinner in Italy @Ewaade_3A , but in South of Italy is very common to find pizza as a Street Food too (an entire pizza, not just a slice). The pizza is given to the customer folded in four, so that all the sauce is kept inside. Isn’t it @LuigiZ ?
Of course is also possible to find pizza as a snack, in a lot of places called “pizza a taglio” (sliced pizza), but the quality in there is usually lower

I can just imagine! A Bachelor has bo choice (in most situations), then one day he gets married and the next he is telling his wife he must eat home made food that is not older than 24 hours every day

@Ewaade_3A here in Italy in general you can have both mostly everywhere nowadays but indeed Pizza is a full lunch / dinner or just a snack, like Ermes mentioned.
In the South of Italy, in Naples, we have the famous pizza a portafoglio (not very good to be translated but basically: folded as wallet), you get a full round pizza folded 4 ways inside a piece of paper and you eat it on the street … as proudly Neapolitan for me pizza is a super meal?, delicious!!!
and decides for you…
