I am Sandeep from Pune, India. I started contributing photos on google map as it’s easy and very intuitive medium to share experience than words.
Pune has many restaurants and people prefer to eat outside. So for me its all started with sharing photos of restaurants, food, ambience. Then eventually I started sharing other things like places around, vacation places, cycle trip photos.
This is very powerful medium to share the things that matters and going to help people in many ways. Be it finding places, routes, restaurants, businesses maps are very popular here in India. I can imagine Google maps will certainly help in resolving some of core issues like agricultural planning, water and forest conservation in future.
