I would like to dedicate today’s post to each and every women around the world who inspire, motivate and contribute with all their heart.
2020 was a really unpredictable year, It was the time when I connected to women around the world via various virtual meet ups. We all connected with each other on different social media platforms, and formed a group a space for everyone to communicate freely.we all come from a diverse cultures and speak different languages, age group.They all have been a great source of inspiration for me, we met as a local guide but now it’s a female local guides family that we cherish so much.
There were many female local guides who didn’t speak much earlier but now we see them talk freely in the safe space as well as they feel more motivated to join meet ups and be active on connect.
On daily basis we get to know more and more about their place and they share about their food and how it is made, some celebration photos and their traditional outfits which all were later a part of virtual meet ups.
The daily random conversation turned into stories to share with the world.
Sharing message of love from fabulous women around the world to empower all the women out there
Devi our mommy solo traveller keeps sharing how she plans everything for solo travelling and how local guides help her to explore when she visits their country.
Indah our mermaid (for me she is a superwoman) she explores this underwater world and I really love the collection of her traditional attire and travel memories.
Ewaade our creative lady ! She always comes up with creative ideas of meet up and planning beautiful birthday videos for us. We lover her beautiful headwears and the pretty outfit she wears for every meet up.
Rosymaa is the sweetest she makes us hungry with her delicious food photos and also shares her ideas to support local business and supporting females in general.
Shrutidi is always there to support our meet ups no matter it’s virtual or physical she helped us connect with other local guides in Maharashtra, she pushes us to explore and join us for the fun
Erna a sweetest person never fails to surprise us with her calls while travelling and showing us the beautiful location, she is also very passionate about Accessibility and had very informative meet ups which helped us to discover more features of Accessibility in Michigan.
TejalBen our Master Chef she shares her food making process and I love how she works with kids with special need to teach them how to use smartphones, we also met some of her blind school students in virtual meet up. She comes up with informative sessions related to accessibility and environment.
Nyai and Ant are my foodie friends who have already made plans to eat and review with me.Ant is very kind person also share beautiful travel post with us on connect, She also introduced me to the monthly topics. Nyai our rider gives us empowering vibes, that we can do everything we want, she has this bright smiling face which makes us all smile
Jane shares her beautiful Ukraine and I love her passion for accessibility, she stays in accessibility meet ups which are in Hindi/udru Language to share her support and also helps us to learn more about Accessibility.
Shreeya is my partner in exploring, after the lockdown ened we have visited many places together to explore and eat, we also hosted meet up.
GurupiryaMa is a true artist she teaches us beautiful paper crafts and also talks about traditional South Indian Cusines and #TeamIndia Posts
Yago and Nita ma are full of optimism they she they are not only great explorer for adventure but have fabulous writing skills. Amanda shares the beauty of Netherlands.
Sonia is a sweet and powerful woman! She shares about her journey as a local guide, experience of travel and her love for food.
Riya the foodie never fails to tempt us with delicious food post on connect as well on social media
Nimmi our dancer is full of energy she adds up to the entertainment and fun.
Jean our adventure queen, has a collection of visited place, she has visited to number of countries and also has her own travel podcast. She is very enthusiastic about sign language and taught us greetings and words in sign language during meet up.
Yulia, Amel, Ratri make us feel like home with their small gestures, they are part of the amazing Jatarka local guides.
Sophie the mountain lover! Shares the beautiful mountain view and inspires me to travel.
Isha loves to talk and share about accessibility and shares interesting posts about supporting businesses and accessibility.
If I list out there will be a huge list of things that I learn from them it has been a great journey of a year with them.
