I have been waiting for this upgrade for so long. I like A7R4 and A7R4a, but I am glad that I waited… and most of all. My wife approved it LOL! @TravellerG
I will also buy some accessories! Smallrig, Peak Design strap. Anything else you can think of? Thank you in advance!

I have used Canon camera a lot before 2010; I respect Canon, Nikon & Fuji a lot… But, as a technologist, I know the state of art of the device - in the past 10 years, I have seen many non Sony photographers becoming Sony fans…
Sorry, I’m not marketing Sony… Please… Don’t mistake me.
But, due to the features available, I request you to feel a Sony camera once… From friends or from a Showroom…
The AUTOFOCUS, sensor, image stability, low light capabilities, etc… You will love it
&
Incidentally, you can use most of your Canon Lenses with Sony with an adapter…
As a Sony beginner, I suggest you to try out Sony Alpha 6600 (the world’s fastest Autofocusing, a beast which delivers 800 shots from a single charging).
I use both Sony A6600 (cropped Sensor) and Sony full frame 7C which is ultra compact - and these are available at a very affordable price too.
I strongly recommend you to take serious look at this topic, fellow LG & loving hubby of Indah, LG @rudifrakarsa .

My suggestion:

Metabone or better Adapter for your Nikon Lenses.

In some packages, they provide the Memory Card (Tough); if not nothing else at this point of time.
-
Always add an additional battery & a high speed charger - but, even this can be later, so that you get a grip over the camera.
CAUTION:
I’m taking an anticipatary bail…
I’m sure, you are going to curse me for having supported to buy Sony Camera for the silly reason of horrible User Menu - most hating, to you get used to it.

@OliverKIWI sebenarnya saya punya kucing 4 ekor. Hanya yang ini saja yang betah dirumah. Yang belang tiga namanya KUREN dan yang abu abu namanya ANGGA. mereka adalah Anak dan bapak 
. 2 ekor lagi kucing saya suka main diluar… namanya si blacky dan Agon. Warna mereka putih dan hitam.
By the way, kenapa semua kucing saya hanya anak dan bapak ya?? Si ibu kemana?..
Oh iya semua mereka dari 1 induk ,tapi si ibu ditabrak motor dan mati. Kasihan kan mereka masih kecil sudah tidak punya ibu.

I too use mobile camera a lot - but for photo shoot, I use Mirrorless Cameras.

@RatnaAthshz One of my cats was hit by a car as well. He died in a pool of blood. We were totally devastated. I actually had a post Show us your pet photos.
