Today marks the 11th anniversary of the Google Local Guides platform, and on this special occasion, I am sharing something a little different with the community. This post features a collection of special video messages received by the Bangladesh Local Guides community directly from the Local Guides team over the years.
The Bangladesh Local Guides community was the first unofficial Local Guides community on this platform. Thanks to both direct and indirect mentoring from Community Managers during the early days of the program, the community has grown steadily and is now recognized as one of the largest Local Guides communities worldwide.
Over the years, during several milestone events and special occasions organized by Bangladesh Local Guides, we received warm greetings from the Local Guides team. Among them, we were fortunate to receive four special video messages:
The first video message was shared in early 2019, on the occasion of the 100th Bangladesh Local Guides meetup
Later the same year, we received another message after Connect Live 2019
3. A third video message was shared during the celebration of the 200th meetup of Bangladesh Local Guides
The most recent video message was received on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Bangladesh Local Guides community
