Hello connnect community friends , My today’s topic of discussion is about Bitter Gourd ,a healthy vegetable, as name suggests Bitter in Taste, it’s really so . But it has many properties to the benefit of health .
It’s rich source of soluble fibre and is low in glycolic index which helps in lowering sugar level. It is an excellent source of dietary fibre.
So one should include this in daily meal habit .
I hope my friends would like
this discussion.
Thanks.

This is my favorite vegetable. I usually call it bitter melon…^^
I don’t know much about the benefits which it provides the human health but I like the taste a lot…
I like many dishes which combined with bitter melon: soup, stir-fried, braised with mushroom…Yummy!!!
Thank you for sharing the originated tree!!!

Thanks for sharing @ShekharMuz_5 !
I’ve never heard of them, maybe here in Italy they can’t be found or don’t have a market! I am a lover of bitter or spicy foods: speaking of vegetables, I really like rocket! The more bitter it is, the more I prefer it!
Bye,
David
