Monpura Bridge
Monpura is a place situated in my village Chapri. But this Monpura is not known nationwide as the famous Monpura Island of Bhola District or the popular Bangla movie Monpura. But the Monpura that I have selected for this #montlytopic is a small bridge in my village. During the end of summer and at the mid of the rainy season in Bangladesh, this Monpura area is covered by water. A gentle breeze blows almost all the time of the day. And it is a good to place to relax there in the afternoon.
A traditional fishing frame
I have come to my village at the beginning of this month. I spend a lot of time in Monpura area to avoid the hot Sun. This place is open to all for 24 hours. But you should not go there after midnight as this becomes very quiet and there is not sufficient lighting system.
The road to Monpura Bridge
This place becomes very busy during the national vacation. Many people visit this place with friends and family. They love to see the beauty of water. Sometimes it becomes overcrowded as many people come home and visit this place together during the vacation.
You can see wild flowers here.
I am sure if you come to this place, you will love to feel the touch of the gentle breeze in the Monpura area. You can hire a local boat sometimes to see the beauties of water here. This season water level is not that much high as the previous one, but the wind is blowing all the time to refresh you. You can also visit some fisheries nearby; you can hear the sweet songs of birds also. You will see the fishermen, fishing in the open water.
The Sun set beauty in Monpura Bridge
You can come here by car, bus or motorcycle. You can come from Ghatail or Madhupur by a CNG or electric Auto-rickshaw. You can also hire a motorcycle to come here. They will take 30 taka per person. No other public transport is available.
A snacks shop
If you come here, you will get a lot of subjects to take photos. It is more beautiful in the rainy season than any other time. I took all the photos with my smartphone: Samsung A51s. This post is a part of the #monthlytopic initiated by @HiroyukiTakisawa .
