A Delightful Dining Experience at Yum Cha District, Gulshan 1, Dhaka :steaming_bowl::dumpling:

On 1 November 2026, I visited Yum Cha District, a popular Pan-Asian fusion and dim sum restaurant located near Gulshan 1 Circle, Dhaka.

The restaurant enjoys a prominent and convenient location in one of Dhaka’s busiest commercial areas. Depending on traffic and your starting point, it may take approximately 30–60 minutes to reach from many parts of Dhaka. Yum Cha District also has another branch in Dhanmondi.

:fork_and_knife_with_plate: Food & Taste: The food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of Pan-Asian fusion dishes, particularly dim sum. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

:money_bag: Price & Value: Individual dishes generally range from approximately BDT 400 to BDT 700. Our total dinner bill was around BDT 3,100. Considering the quality and taste of the food, I found it a worthwhile dining experience.

This is interesting. I usually visit a dim sum restaurant in Malang namely Uma Yumcha. Uma means a mom/lady. I never thought that Yum Cha is a name of district in Dhaka. Thanks for sharing @SHAKLAIN

Edit: I have changed the topic into Google Maps contribution stories to make it relevant with the story. Also, please add the Google Maps’ link location of the places you mention above.
