The Nipha Winery is one of the many that dot Nashik’s landscape.
I visited here on Sunday, 23 June 2024.
This is a family-owned business, and I experienced a homely atmosphere here.

The winery is easily accessible and within walking distance from the main street.
They have spacious parking outside the main gate.
Inside the campus, I saw several wooden barrels adding charm to the place.
The tour started with the vineyard where the owner explained the various grape types, soil care, manure, and fertilizers that they use for the grapes.
Then I moved indoors to the distillery and witnessed the process of wine distilling, filtering, and packaging.
As a family-run business, they take care of the end-to-end wine-making process from pruning the grapes to making the wine shelf-ready.
I came out of the dark distillation room where the wine-tasting experience awaited.
They also have a women-owned cafe inside the campus.
The raw rustic ambiance added to the overall experience.
They also had another women-owned and women-operated Pizzeria.
They also had great outdoor seating in the laps of nature.
Since it was drizzling a bit, I preferred to stay indoors.
Before returning home, I purchased a couple of their best flavors - Muscat Blanc.
The vineyard and winery experience were memorable.
This was by far the most indulging experience I ever had.
I loved the calmness in place and the people over here.
Note that the Nipha Winery is open only on weekends and an appointment is necessary before visiting.
