Sri Ayyappa Swamy Temple, Kumbhashi was located near the famous Anegudde Vinayaka Temple, Kundapura, but it is less known to many people. The temple resembles a small replica of the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple with the traditional 18 sacred steps.
Usually, the entrance through the 18 steps remains closed, and devotees need to enter the temple from the back entrance. The surroundings are calm and give a peaceful, positive spiritual feeling.
