Συγχαρητήρια για την λεπτομερή παρουσίαση @BorrisS δεν έχω επισκεφθεί το Μαρόκο έως τώρα, αν και είναι στα σχέδιά μου. Τώρα έχω ένα λόγο ακόμα! Εξαιρετική εντύπωση μου έκανε η Bastila. Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ που μοιράζεσαι μαζί μας τις όμορφες εικόνες την γνώση και την εμπειρία σου!

When it comes to Indian food, my favorite ones are Chicken Korma and Chicken Curry. I’m a huge fan of Indian food in General.

Hello @BorrisS When i visited Morocco, i had tasted all the delicious Moroccan food you mentioned except the Tanjia, and i think the Moroccan diet is one very healthy eating diet, hoping i have another opportunity to visit Morocco again…Inchallah…

Hello @BorrisS in my impression, i remembered one restaurant called “Palais Terrab” in Meknes, the lamb of which was cooked very soft and delicious , but i don’t know the name of this dish …

There are so many different meals with lamb! The most important is that you enjoyed the dish.
lamb and chicken meat, are the two most used and common ones in the Moroccan cuisine.
