Thank you @IshantHP_ig for sharing some Indian food with us. I’m a huge fan of Indian cuisine, the spices and everything. I had an Indian friend who taught me how to cook a good Indian chicken curry. However, chicken korma is my all time favorite one.

@kroza , this is a very good idea and honestly I was thinking about it since few days. Who knows, maybe my next post will be about Moroccan desserts! Meanwhile, I’m very happy that you enjoyed reading this one.

Hello @helga19 ,

Thank you for sharing all these beautiful things about Morocco. I know that you’ve already been there and enjoyed it a lot!

Knowing your knowledge about Moroccan cuisine, have you tried Boulfaf and Mrouzia?

By the way, I have a similar tea pot at home and another, more round one.

I tried Mrouzia ,I tried this dish on traditional Berber dinner in the village .It is dish very tasty-meat of lamb with honey, almonds, raisins.

The name Boulfaf is famillar to me,but I don’t remember its tasty.

I’m impressed @helga19 ! You’re right about the ingredients of the Mrouzia. However, the old Moroccan people do it mostly with bones on which few meat is left.

Boulfaf, is one of the delights of Aid el Adha - the holiest Islamic feast when the lamb is sacrificed. It represents liver cut into cubes, wrapped in pieces of caul fat put on skewers and grilled on coals. Once ready, you put some salt, paprika and cumin on it and it’s perfect!

The taste of Macocan mint tea I remember best of all.),when I tried it while taking a camel ride in the desert.,so I decided to buy a tea pot.I bought some tea from Marocco.

But now the tea has no such…ended.)

You’re welcome @BorrisS
I have never been abroad and in my place there is no Moroccan restaurant.
In our city there are Korean and Japanese retreats.
