A glimpse at architect Rogelio Salmonas’s unique design is worth the visit in itself, but this 5.300 mt2 redbrick building also houses works by prominent national and international artists.

In my recent trip to Bogotá, I visited the flea market of Usaquén and I enjoyed sitting in a corner of Simón Bolívar Square to take photos of a man blowing soap bubbles while kids played around him. The handicrafts in that market are unique although expensive if we compare them with the products sold in the San Alejo Flea Market, located every saturday next to the Museum of Modern Art of Bogotá. Have you visited that market?
