There are several ways to take 360° photos, @ObadaMaps56 , and a mobile phone is indeed an interesting one, even if you need to practice a lot to avoid the mistakes with stitching, and a black hole on the top of your photo
The most important thing to remember is that the camera must stay always in the same position. So it’s you that have to rotate around the camera.
The photo is visible, even if associated to an unknown place. Did you added it while trying to add a place in Google Maps? As the photo is not well representing the business, I would not suggest to add that photo as an “evidence” of the existence of the listing. Normally when I add a new place I don’t add any photo, I add photos only when (if) the place is approved.
360° photos should be added following the same logic of flat photos: add photos that are clearly representing the place.
Personally I prefer a 360° camera, because it’s easier to use, but if I don’t have my camera with me I use my phone

I add single 360° photos. To create connected 360° photos you need a third party software.
Street View (photospheres at a street level) is a different procedure. You basically take a 360° videos by using a 360° camera, and you use Street View Studio to upload it.

On a side note, as you responded on another post about copyrighted photos, I would like to remind you that the use of photos not taken by you or AI generated is not permitted. Kindly remove them from Google Maps. If you need help to identify them just let me know
