Hi @M_Ary_05

T stands for Thousand.

You have almost 14 thousand views of your photos and 2300 views of your reviews. In total, you have about 21 thousand views of your contributions.

Views of places you have added also count towards the total count.

Cheers

Morten

For reference:

T: 1 Thousand is 1.000

L: 1 Lakh is 100.000 (Used in India)

M: 1 Million = 1.000.000

C: 1 Crore is 10.000.000 (Used in India)

B: 1 Billion is 1.000.000.000

Hi @M_Ary_05

I’d also like to welcome you to the Connect Community.

@MortenCopenhagen , how did you establish that @M_Ary_05 had 2300 views of his reviews?

Morning @AdamGT

Go to his contributions and select Reviews. At the top, the total number of review views is listed in the apps and not on the desktop.

Open his profile. Scroll down past his reviews and hit “See all reviews”.

The current number is 2317 views.

Cheers

That’s something mysterious abbreviation. @MortenCopenhagen

Nevertheless, I am finding a message “86L views” on my profile instead of 8.6 Million. What does the L stand for?

However, I find that to be very convenient. I can relate that to 86 Lakhs very easily.

@C_T

Sure Lakhs (hundred of thousands) and Crores (hundreds of millions)

are implemented in India. I always need to look them up.

T: 1 Thousand is 1.000

L: 1 Lakh is 100.000

M: 1 Million = 1.000.000

C: 1 Crore is 10.000.000

Currently, I have 37 Crore views. But 373 million views sounds like “more” to me. HaHa.

Cheers

Morten

Hi @Aniket_0305 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Recently we had the same question asked in this discussion and I will merge your post there to keep the forum organized.

As for the rewards, please check out this thread, where you will find all the available information regarding that matter. However, please bear in mind that our program is a voluntary program and is all about helping each other with our contributions. There are some rewards, given from time to time as a ‘‘thank you’’ from Google for your quality contributions, however, there isn’t a promised reward for participating or reaching a certain level. I recommend that you check this topic where you will find some of the reasons for being a Local Guide.

To maximize your chances of being eligible for a future reward opportunity, continue to add high quality contributions to Google Maps and make sure to update your email preferences.

This is great but not intuitive. I think it should be k to represent thousand. T could mean trillion since M is being used for million
