Happy to share a little milestone from my Google Maps journey - 200,000 views across my reviews! 
Every review I’ve shared comes from a place I’ve visited, an experience I’ve had or something I genuinely wanted others to know before visiting. Whether it’s a restaurant, a local business, a tourist attraction or a place tucked away in a neighbourhood, I’ve always tried to share practical information that can help someone make a better decision.
What makes this milestone special is knowing that these reviews have reached people I may never meet. Perhaps someone discovered a new place, planned a visit, avoided an inconvenience or simply found the information they were looking for through one of my contributions.
That’s what makes being a Local Guide so rewarding!!!
I started contributing to Google Maps back in 2016, initially just as someone exploring places and using Maps to discover the world around me. Over time, I realised that I could also help others through my own experiences, photographs and reviews.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged and been part of this journey. And to everyone who takes the time to read, appreciate and use our contributions, you’re a part of what makes this community meaningful.
