travel during Chanukah and Christmas

Happy Holidays!! 

travelling  to and from in any street or boulevard during the first 2 weeks of December odds dangerous. Rush hour traffic and Christmas rush happens in real time slowly and basically all congestion could happen. Three least congested streets in Philadelphia are between: Solly, Willits/Welsh, and Comly Road respective to Roosevelt Blvd driving. 

Cottman, Harbison, and Tyson r @ second place in driving choices respective to Frankford Ave and Bustleton. The most congested is all of the following streets and intersections: Oxford and Cottman, Levick, Torresdale, Aramingo, Bridge and Pratt, Castor and Pratt, Rhawn and Roosevelt, and finally Grant Avenue.
