Shush Castle

Shosh castle is a fortress built by French Jacques Driman for the residence of French archaeologists near the Tomb of Daniel the Prophet in Shusha on historical piles. The most important works of these hills are the famous sculpture of Queen Napier Aswston, the famous glass of Shoosh pottery, and the role of a Hammurabi's law.

The castle is carved and used by the French using the Iranian workforce and the Fily monarchy who was responsible for the security of construction and Hajj Mostafa Dezfuli. The castle was built using bricks of Dariush Achaemenid Palace (Apadana Palace of Susa) and the Elamite Choqazanbil ziggurat and a number of brick-painted cuffs made from the destruction of parts of these buildings.
