Shoush Museum

The Susa Museum was built in 1945 to display 160-year explorations of the Shoush and Choghazanbil. This museum is located on the shores of Shoush castle and opposite the Tomb of Daniel the Nabi.

The facade of the Museum of Shoush is a brick. The initial building of the museum was built at the same time as the start of the Shoush drilling and the bricks obtained from the Shoush and Choghazanbil and added to it during the years to come. The building of the Shoush Museum has two large halls, which featured works from the pre-Elamite period to the Islamic period. These works include sculptures and artifacts from the Masjid Solomon and Apadana Shoush, pottery and rock art, and Khomreh clay, statues of the gods, clay wall decorations, how to burial in the Elamite period, along with the belongings of the deceased, heels, bricks of artifacts from Susa And Choghazanbil, the lines of Elamite, Akkadian, Ancient Persians, Aramaic, Syriac and Middle Pahlavi, clay baskets and pottery studs and artificial bowls from Hamidia are composed of Sabinian Nandi, painted to Urad Moghaddasi.

One of the most prominent objects is the part of the walls of the Apadana Palace of Susa, and the most important differences between the palace and Persepolis is the presence of these colorful stone stones.
