Sareban Minaret located in the north of Jouybareh, is one of the most beautiful minarets of the Seljuk era, which has brick and tile decoration and was built in the 12th century AD.
The minaret is about 48 meters tall and has 135 steps. It is well seen from the inside of the city and its surroundings, reflecting the pure style of the Seljuk era during the historic times of Isfahan.
This minaret has been diverted to the east by about eight degrees to the southeast due to an asymmetrical meeting at its base. This asymmetric meeting can be due to the underlying disruptions, or because of successive changes in the level of stagnation in the groundwater table or the use of wells around the surrounding houses.
