Gluten Free, Super-low Carb, Paleo places in North East Ohio

I'm new to this!  Anybody know of restaurants or cafes in the North-east Ohio area that will serve up Paleo-style food?  I'm talking 100% grass-fed meats, high-fat low carb meals with plenty of greens and no fluff.  I'm gluten, soy, and nitrate free and I like organic if I can get it. Any suggestions?

Oh, and locally roasted coffee please. 🙂
