Since moving to Sydney I have wanted to ride my bike, but have been a little nervous about riding out on Sydney's extremely busy roads.
And please excuse me if I'm late to the party, but I have recently discovered an app called Cycle Maps which highlights the best cycle route using bike lanes around the city.
Apparently this works for other countries around the world as well!
Most cities these days have bikes you can hire easily with an app, and are left in easy to access locations.
So now there's no excuse not to get on your bike and explore and experience the areas around you in a safe way that may be inaccessible by car or train! Those are the best spots!
