the channels in general dirty with slime or floating leaves have a charm to themselves ... the Venetian canals are an example, the water of the lagoon mixed with tides and permanent muds, yet they are fascinating sometimes the water is green clear other times darker other times blue, but the channel is always a channel in my passion for hydraulic works .... all the channels are beautiful.
