@Anonymous
art as a creative expression drawn and colored on the walls can be flanked by a chromatic art made of unplanned spontaneous colors as in this case of these dresses hanging out to dry colored interspersed ... a widespread use of these threads to spread It is also in Italy in some areas of Venice and nearby islands where the threads run even on the upper floors between the houses and with the color of the houses create rainbow effects!

In my opinion as well a kind of street art. See some minutes ago in a small German village. „Nadine“ is a Woman Name. The rest are all of you able to translate....

In Venice in Italy this habit is very spectacular because the colorful clothes are mixed with pastel colors (red, yellow, blue, green) of the houses, the houses are colored so as always by a legend of the sea travelers, it seems that at night and above all with fog in an era without radar and GPS and with boats and sailing ships (but still today with the most recent ships) the color of the houses alerted the presence of the city ... how to say a timeless colored traffic light. ..
