I would like to recommend a cultural attraction in Taiwan, the 磺火捕魚. It means burning sulfur in fishing.

Check the photo I took several years ago.

As you can see, the fisherman burns sulfur stone to emit strong light to attract litter sardines to jump up the sea and catch them.

This is a traditional way of fishing in Taiwan. Although it is not powerful than machine. it is a cultural attraction that worth to preserve.
