Singltrek pod Smrkem Trails
This trail network placed under the majestic mountain of Smrk (The Spruce) into the beautiful wild nature of Northern slopes of Jizera Mountains was designed by the Welsh trail designer Dafydd Davis.
Presently Singltrek pod Smrkem offers trail loops of total length of 80 km in four grades of difficulty. Everyone can have fun here, from families with children to technically advanced riders. Everyone who tries them out enjoys the narrow winding Singltrek trails.
Singltrek pod Smrkem’s trailhead facility is located in Nové Město pod Smrkem. Singltrek Centrum – as it is called – is placed on the lido of a beautiful bathing lake. Singltrek Centrum offers refreshments, bikeshop, bike wash, WC, showers, changing rooms, chill out zone, children playground, pumptrack, and a camping site. Singltrek Centrum is the centre of MTB community. It runs skill camps, social events, bike fests, events for children, teambuilding events for commercial clients and volunteer trailwork days. Proceeds from Singltrek Centrum contributes to the maintenance of the trails.
