Firstly, I have to say that I’m not a professional photographer or even close. I discovered a love and passion for photography long time ago. Something about it grabbed my attention: capturing a precious moment in time, portraying the subjects in different perspectives and playing with light. Being a traveler has inspired me to improve my photography and I’ve been training my eye to capture moments I would never think to shoot. Now I have to take my camera with me everywhere I go, even if it’s just a short walk to the park. You never know what great photo opportunities could come up! For me, photography is not just about people and their experiences. I find a strong connection with the world as I am able to take pictures of it. I find most joy in my life from sitting outside during the sunrise with a camera in my hand, gazing at what I feel is the most beautiful thing to capture on a camera. Photography is a way for me to express myself to other people how I view the world from my eyes.
