My family and I discovered this cafe in Marikina City with healthy dining options. They're open as early as 6 am. Since the location is just a few blocks away from Marikina Sports Park, this is a great place to hang around for coffee after a morning exercise.
They have this promo and above is the poster on their door which I took a photo of - one free cup of coffee for senior citizens from 7-11am from Mondays to Thursdays (for a food purchase).
They serve healthy food! You can see from a portion of the menu below some of the food servings available.
My favorite is their freshly-squeezed lemonade with Chia seeds, served hot or cold.
