The Gambia has a diverse biodiversity in West Africa. Home the famous crocodile pool in Bakau which houses hundreds of crocodiles that can be touch without harming you.Apart from the famous Kachikally Crocodile Pool, Kartong Snake Farm offers an incredible experience for both the locals and tourists on holiday.

This beautiful sanctuary located south of Kombo, houses different types of common reptiles in The Gambia ranging from Green Mambas, Cobras, Anacondas, Tortoise, Agama lizards and a host of other reptiles. Its one of the few places where you have direct contact with some reptiles with advice from the owner.
