If you find yourself in the otherwise obscure city of Sakado in Saitama, a 40 minute train ride from Ikebukuro on the Tobu Tojo Line, Café Chocotea is a really nice place for a relaxed 3D latte art coffee! The barista only makes one 3D latte art per table and it takes 20 minutes to make, but you get a complimentary coffee while you wait. Sakado doesn't enjoy a lot of tourism, but many will come next month to visit the famous SAKURA temple with a 250 year old cherry blossom tree.
